This extension helps in using Vanilla for Play-by-Post games. It enables the use of a new dice function in the comment text, like #DiceRoller(3d6+2d8-1). It appends a random roll of the specified dice into the text and disables further edition of the comment. Note: #DiceRoller(1d0) rolls between 0-9, and #DiceRoller(1d10) between 1-10. It also handles Fudge dice #DiceRoller(4df).

I'm not sure how this weekend is going to go as far as posting. I'll try to post a couple of times, but I need to buckle down and work on a playtest doc for "The Flowers of Evil," and perhaps do some character portraits for the EpicTable My Life with Master demo.

Alright. I'm up for running a dark fantasy. I've been itching to do that one for a long time.

Let's discuss the setting, and then we'll discuss system.

I'm really interested in a setting a based on early Britain and Ireland. Celts, druids, vikings, et cetera. I want supernatural elements. Double, double, toil and trouble, but overall a low-magic dirt and grime type feel. The fey are welcome as long as they aren't Tolkien-esque. More of a Jack Vance/Robert E. Howard type of thing. What do you guys think?

This is neat. I can see this as the next 'wave' in virtual table top gaming. If someone had a tabletop they would be able to plug into Wave and get a whole lot of open source functionality.

Video presentation http://wave.google.com/
