Today I am two weeks old!

You know.
Because I have some.

So mum and dad were just *waiting* for my umblicial stump to fall off.
Waiting because it was stubborn and hanging on by a thread for the longest time.
Every morning when daddy changed me he would say ‘is Billy still hanging out? hmmm?’ and he was.
Well!
Not anymore.
About 3am this morn, during another diaper change, daddy exclaimed ‘why it’s Billy keeping you awake! he’s poking you in the back!’ and sure enough, stump be gone!
Or at least stump be fallen off and slinking around my onesie.

So…long post, really, just to say….

I am now the *proud* owner of a bellybutton.
And it’s as cute as it can be.

Mum and dad are celebrating their six year wedding anniversary today.
I figure I won’t get them a present, though.
Seeing as I already gave them me.
